Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a federal offender in breach of the conditions of his statutory release has been arrested in Ottawa. Quentin Kenneth Boville had been unlawfully at large since Feb. 8. Police had made a call for public assistance in locating Boville on Tuesday. Police said Wednesday he was located and arrested by the R.O.P.E. Squad. Boville is serving a seven-year sentence for robbery-use prohibited or restricted firearm, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unlawfully in a dwelling house, conspire to commit an indictable offence-armed robbery, fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking/recognizance.
