Here are the Montreal-area weekend road closures

Those planning on driving in Montreal on the weekend should know that the Tour de l’Ile, Montreal Victoire championship parade and construction projects will result in routes being blocked or altered.

Planning trips in advance is advised.

Tour la Nuit and Tour de l’Île

On Friday night and Sunday, roads will be closed due to the annual Tour la Nuit and Tour de l’Ile cycling events.

Montreal Victoire Parade

• On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Montreal Victoire Walter Cup parade will take place in the Quartier des Spectacles on Sainte-Catherine Street West, between De Bleury and Clark streets.

Laval Firefighters’ Run

• On Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Laval Firefighters’ Run will result in the closure of certain streets on the municipal road network.
• From 3 a.m. to 2 p.m., Exit 4 (Lévesque Boulevard) on Highway 19 northbound will be closed.
• From 3 a.m. to 5 p.m., the ramps leading to Notre-Dame and Concorde boulevards will be closed on the Highway 15 service roads in both directions.

Honoré-Mercier Bridge (R-138)

• From Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., one lane will be open in each direction on the Honoré-Mercier Bridge.

Highway 13 / 520 Interchange (Côte-de-Liesse)

• From Friday at 10 p.m. to Saturday at 3 a.m. and from Sunday at 9:30 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., Highway 520 eastbound will be closed between Exit 4 (A-13) and the on-ramp from Highway 13 northbound.
• From Saturday at 3 a.m. to Sunday at 9:30 p.m., one of two lanes on Highway 520 East (Côte-de-Liesse) will be closed over A-13.
• From Saturday at 2 a.m. to Sunday at 9 p.m., Exit 3-E (A-520 East / Côte-de-Liesse) will be closed on Highway 13 South.
• The on-ramps from Highway 13 South and Highway 13 North on the Highway 520 East (Chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse East) service road will be closed.
• From Friday at 11 p.m. to Sunday at midnight, on 23rd Avenue, complete closure northbound between Hickmore Street / Louis-A.-Amos Street and Côte-de-Liesse Road.

Boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes / Route 340 (Vaudreuil-Dorion

• From Friday 8 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m., the exit and access to and from Highway 30 East will be closed on Route 340 (Boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes).

Highway 20/30 Interchange (Vaudreuil-Dorion)

• On Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., one of two lanes will be closed on the ramp leading from Highway 20 East to Highway 30 East at the A-20 / A-30 interchange.

Montreal Island Loop

• On Friday from 7 p.m. to midnight, Exit 73 (Christophe-Colomb Avenue) will be closed on Highway 40 West.
• During the same time, the Crémazie Boulevard East ramp from Highway 40 East, at Exit 73 (Christophe-Colomb Avenue), will be closed.
• During the same time, Exit 2 (Côte-Vertu Boulevard) will be closed on Highway 15 South (des Laurentides).
