Aylmer police are investigating a fire, officers say is suspicious.

Around 6:30 a.m., crews were called to an active blaze in the driveway of a home on Willow Drive where a car was on fire.

Police say the vehicle was destroyed and they’re asking anyone who may have seen something or has any video footage, to contact police.

The police service is also thanking members of the public for their patience and cooperation while the incident was being addressed.
