As Health Canada prepares to review the Pfizer-BioNTech data on its COVID-19 vaccine for children under the age of 12, CTVNews.ca wants to hear from parents and caregivers about their plans:

If the Pfizer vaccine is approved for children between 5-11, do you plan on getting your child/children vaccinated? Why or why not? Do you have questions or concerns about vaccinating your kids? Send them to us and we will put them to an expert.
