Person found dead with ‘suspicious injuries’ in Valleyview

Police are investigating a person’s death in Valleyview as suspicious.

The male, whose age police did not release, was found with “suspicious injuries” laying in the street near 3802 Highway street late Thursday evening.

He was declared dead at the scene.

An autopsy has been scheduled.

Alberta RCMP’s major crimes unit is in charge of the file.

Anyone with information about the death is asked to call RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
