A 38-year-old man has been charged in the crash that killed a 39-year-old on Whitemud Drive in June. On June 17, Ashton Wilson stopped on the shoulder of the Whitemud near 111 Street and exited his van to inspect it when a semi truck hit him. Wilson died on scene. His four-year-old step-daughter was in the van and wasn’t seriously injured. Bhupinder Singh, 38, was charged with dangerous driving causing death.
