Here’s when the Alberta government will announce the back-to-school legislation

The Alberta government is set to table a bill to order striking teachers back to work.

The province will table Bill 2, the Back to School Act, at around 3 p.m. at the Alberta legislature in Edmonton.

The details of the bill are embargoed until Finance Minister Nate Horner tables it.

The government is holding an embargoed press conference at 11:30 a.m. with Premier Danielle Smith, Education Minister Demetrios Nicolaides, Justice Minister Mickey Amery, and Horner.
