Red Line CTrain maintenance to interrupt service south of Chinook Centre over the weekend

Red Line service will be disrupted over the weekend between Chinook and Anderson station.

CTrain service to south Calgary will be disrupted this weekend due to scheduled maintenance on the Red Line.

Starting early Saturday, there will be no Red Line service between Chinook Station and Anderson. Shuttle buses will replace train service between these stations.

Calgary Transit said on its website that it will be doing preventative work and maintenance.

Maintenance and repair work scheduled for the weekend includes roofing repairs at Heritage Station, canopy glass work at Heritage and Southland Stations, concrete work at Anderson Station and other projects as time allows.

Full CTrain service will be up and running Monday morning.
