Calgary police say a child is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries in hospital after getting hit by a vehicle in the northeast. Police say officers were called to the 2200 block of 48 Street N.E. at around 2 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a child being hit by a car. They say the driver of the vehicle remained on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
