Calgary fire crews were called to the scene of a working fire in the city’s northwest on Tuesday. The fire was reported to have started at 32 Hidden Springs Close N.W. a little before 8:30 p.m. Video of the blaze showed the home engulfed in bright orange flames from the ground floor to the roof. Dark grey smoke poured out overhead. It’s not immediately clear what caused the inferno. Calgary police said no injuries were reported and neighbouring homes were evacuated for safety. They added traffic is being diverted from the area, with Hidden Valley Drive closed in both directions, as well as closures along Hidden Springs Close N.W. and Hidden Valley Link N.W.
