The cast of the Tony-nominated musical & Juliet, which asks the question what if Romeo's Juliet actually lived?

Tickets for the Calgary production of & Juliet, an award-winning Broadway musical that imagines a world where Romeo’s Juliet lives and moves to Paris, go on sale June 8.

The Tony-nominated musical opens Sept. 15 and runs through Sept. 20 at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

Featuring songs by pop-music legend Max Martin and a book by Schitt’s Creek writer David West Read, & Juliet reimagines “the greatest love story ever told” by asking what if William Shakespeare’s wife convinced him to write a happy ending for Juliet instead of a tragic one?

Juliet’s alt-journey has a soundtrack of some of pop’s most memorable tunes, including Since U Been Gone‚ Roar, Baby One More Time, Larger Than Life‚ That’s The Way It Is, and Can’t Stop the Feeling!?

Winner of three Olivier Awards (the British Tonys), six WhatsOnStage awards and nine Tony nominations, & Juliet premiered in Manchester, England, in 2019 and on Broadway in 2022, where it continues to draw sellout crowds.
