Nova Scotia man, 67, facing child pornography charges

A man from Windsor, N.S., has been charged with child pornography offences after police searched a home last month.

The RCMP executed a search warrant at a home on Wiley Avenue in Windsor and seized “electronic evidence” on Oct. 22.

Investigators say they were directed to the address after learning child sexual abuse and exploitation material was allegedly being transmitted by an internet user at the home.

Terry Wayne Jagger was arrested on Thursday.

The 67-year-old has been charged with:

• possession of child pornography
• making available child pornography
• accessing child pornography
• possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material

Jagger was released on conditions. He is scheduled to appear in Kentville provincial court on Jan. 20, 2026.
