The latest changes at the pumps in the Maritimes

The price of diesel dropped overnight in both Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

Nova Scotia

The price of diesel decreased by 7.1 cents overnight in the Halifax area following an unscheduled adjustment. The new minimum price is 195.1 cents per litre.

The price of regular self-serve gasoline was not affected by the change. The minimum price is still 169.8 cents per litre.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton remains 171.8 cents per litre and the new minimum price for diesel is 197.0 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

Regular self-serve gasoline on P.E.I. decreased by 3.4 cents overnight. Islanders are now paying a minimum price of 182.2 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by 6.9 cents. The new minimum price is 211.5 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

Prices at the pumps in New Brunswick have not changed since Sunday.

The price of regular self-serve gasoline in the province remains at a maximum of 176.5 cents per litre.

Diesel is at a maximum price of 212.2 cents per litre.
