A busy street in the Exchange District will be closed through the weekend for maintenance work. Princess Street closed at 9 a.m. Friday between James and Willian Avenue, and the closure will remain in place until approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The closure is due to watermain renewal work and will extend to the sidewalk on the west side of the street as well as the bike lane. Transit will be rerouted during the closure, the city said, and updates can be found on the account @TransitAlerts on X.
