Eastbound Trans-Canada Highway reopens after vehicle collision

Eastbound Highway 1 has reopened following a vehicle collision at the intersection with Highway 13 on Saturday afternoon.

According to Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, the highway was reported closured at 1:30 p.m.

One lane of traffic on eastbound Highway 1 was later opened, and the intersection was reopened just after 5 p.m., according to an update.

The intersection is located just north of Oakville, Man., approximately 60 kilometres west of Winnipeg.
