Transcona streets closing for Hi-Neighbour Festival

Regent Avenue has turned into a midway for the 50th anniversary of the annual Hi Neighbour Festival.

The City of Winnipeg released a list of street closures during the Transcona Hi-Neighbour Festival that runs from Thursday to Sunday.

Regent Avenue West between Winona Street and Kanata Street, Bond Street between Regent Avenue West and Pandora Avenue, and Day Street between Pandora Avenue and Regent Avenue West will close from 6 p.m. on Thursday until midnight on Sunday.

Regent Avenue West between Brewster Street and Wayoata Street will close between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday for the Transcona Hi-Neighbour Festival Parade.
