Manitoba RCMP is searching for an escaped inmate. The Lac du Bonnet detachment was told around 9 p.m. Wednesday that a prisoner escaped from the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre. The prisoner has been identified as 44-year-old Justin Paul. He is six feet tall and 227 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen northeast of the facility wearing a grey T-shirt and one shoe. Officers, police dogs, and drone operators went to the area, and roadblocks were set up, but the prisoner was not found. Anyone who notices suspicious activity is asked to immediately call 911. Police are asking drivers to not pick up any hitchhikers.
