Suspects wanted in Riverside Drive apartment break-ins

Windsor Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects connected to a pair of residential break-ins at an apartment building in the 4700 block of Riverside Drive East. June 10, 2026.

Windsor police and Crime Stoppers are releasing more details about suspects wanted in break-ins at an apartment building on Riverside Drive.

Police are investigating a report of a break and enter on May 30, shortly after 9:30 p.m., where two suspects broke into two apartment units within the 4700 block of Riverside Drive.

Jewellery, silverware and clothing was reported stolen.

“We have a video of one suspect who managed to breach or gain access into the restricted area of the apartment building and he used a fire escape to allow the second suspect into the building,” said Crime Stoppers coordinator Const. Rick Surette.

He says both suspects appear to be middle aged.

“One suspect is thinner. He has a gray, golf shirt, an Adidas hat and a satchel across the side. The other suspect had a hoodie, along with a poncho hat,” he said

Tips for protecting your home from thefts:

• Install traditional means of security, such as enhancing the entry or your door
• Don’t allow access to anybody within the restricted area of your apartment building
• Use smart technology to make your apartment look like it’s occupied by activating lights, televisions, remotely from your phone
• Use security cameras and videos that can be operated wirelessly.
