The Windsor Police Service has identified the suspect wanted in connection to a $130,000 fraud, issuing a warrant for her arrest. The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Kayla Anne Black of Lowbanks, Ont. In May, an investigation was launched after police said a ‘large-scale fraud’ took place at a business in the 3200 block of Dougall Avenue. A fraudulent passport was used to get $130,000 in U.S. money.
