15-year-old wanted in west end assault, two charged: WPS

A 15-year-old boy is wanted in connection with a west end assault in Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says two suspects have been charged.

Just before 6 p.m. on March 31, officers were called with a report of an assault at a convenience store in the 600 block of Chippawa Street.

The WPS said three male suspects went into the store and were asked to leave by a worker due to their behaviour. Two of the suspects then allegedly held the victim while the third suspect pointed a white gun at them.

The suspects were identified as a 20-year-old man, an 18-year-old man, and a 15-year-old boy.

The 20 and 18-year-olds were arrested nearby and have been charged with assault and assault with a weapon.

The teenager is at large.
