A crash at a Surrey bus stop Saturday sent two people to hospital and sheared a hydro pole, according to authorities. Officers were called to the intersection of King George Boulevard and 76 Avenue around 6:30 p.m. for reports a vehicle has “left the roadway,” struck two pedestrians and crashed into a hydro pole, the Surrey Police Service said. “Both pedestrians were transported to hospital by BCEHS, with one in serious condition,” the statement from police said. “The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
