An eight-vehicle collision in Georgina, Ont., slowed rush-hour traffic on Wednesday morning. York Regional Police say the collision happened shortly before 9 a.m. in the area of Morton and Woodbine avenues. The circumstances surrounding the collision are unknown at this time. Police have not said if there are any injuries. Chopper 24 footage appears to show the downed traffic light on top of a sedan. The intersection was fully closed but shortly before 11:30 a.m. police said one lane reopened in each direction as clean-up and traffic light repair continues.
