No injuries reported following collision involving vehicle, YRP cruiser in Richmond Hill

No one was injured after the drivers of a vehicle and a York Regional Police (YRP) cruiser collided in Richmond Hill late Sunday afternoon.

The crash happened near Elgin Mills Road and Yonge Street.

Police said they were called to the area just before 5:30 p.m. for reports of a two-vehicle collision in the intersection. They said one of the vehicles involved in the collision is a marked YRP cruiser.

The intersection was closed as police investigated, but has since reopened.
