American charged with possessing, importing child porn at Canadian border

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. -- Police in Niagara region say an American man was charged with importing child porn while trying to cross the border into Canada.

They say the man was stopped at the Rainbow Bridge border crossing in Niagara Falls, Ont., on Friday.

The police force worked with the Canada Border Services Agency on the investigation.

They say a 44-year-old man from South Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged with possessing and importing child pornography.
