Showers, mild temperatures stick around in Ottawa

Ottawa’s stretch of warm and wet weather is set to continue Sunday.

According to Environment Canada’s weather forecast, during the day, the temperature will reach a high of 10 C, and there is a 60 per cent chance of showers.

In the evening, temperatures are expected to drop to 0 C and a 70 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries.

Earlier this week, Environment Canada issued a yellow warning — rainfall to warn of heavy rain in Ottawa beginning Saturday evening, but the warning has since been lifted.

On Monday, expect a temperature high of 4 C and a 40 per cent chance of flurries.

On Tuesday, the forecast calls for -1 C and a 40 per cent chance of flurries.
