The Timmins Police Service is investigating a sudden death that took place June 5 in Hollinger Park on Algonquin Boulevard East. “There is no public safety concern in relation to this investigation,” police said in a news release. The area was cordoned off for several hours while police investigated the scene, but it was later reopened. “The Timmins Police Service criminal investigation division is continuing the investigation at this time,” police said. “Police thank the public for their cooperation.” No other details have been released.
