Ottawa police seeking public’s help identifying 3 suspects in May assault

Ottawa police are asking the public to help identify three suspects following an assault with a weapon incident that occurred in the south end of the city one month ago.

The Ottawa Police Service says a victim was assaulted between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Downpatrick Road near Hunt Club Road on May 19.

The first suspect is described as a white woman in her early 30s or 40s, with a slim build, blonde and brown hair, and multiple tattoos on her arms, legs and back. At the time of the incident, her hair was tied up, and she was wearing beige shorts, a grey tank top, black sandals and a black purse.

Police say the second suspect is a white man, in his mid 40s to 50s, with a slim build, a short greying goatee and greying hair which was tied up in a small ponytail. He was wearing or holding a black t-shirt, light-coloured sneakers and grey board shorts at the time of the incident.

According to police, the third suspect is a Black man in his 30s. He is said to have a slim build and short black facial hair. He was wearing a black hoodie, a black New York Yankees baseball cap, white and grey sneakers and black pants.
