Ottawa police seek suspect in voyeurism incident at Bayshore Shopping Centre

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in a reported voyeurism case at the Bayshore Shopping Centre last month.

According to police, a man allegedly filmed a woman who was in a changeroom at the mall at around 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 9.

In a news release, police described the suspect as Middle Eastern and approximately 30 to 40 years old. He also had a beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a blue T-shirt, dark-coloured pants, and boots.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or details related to the incident was asked to contact the West Criminal Investigations Section at 613-236-1222 ext. 2666.
