Kingston police looking to identify suspect in indecent act incident

Kingston Police are looking to identify the person in this video in connection with an indecent act incident that occurred at King’s’ Crossing Outlets in May.

The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in an indecent act case from last month.

According to a news release from police, on May 29 at approximately 4:15 p.m., a man was seen “openly exposing himself” to people in the men’s washroom at the King’s’ Crossing Outlets on Dalton Avenue. Police say the suspect fled after being confronted by a patron in the bathroom.

Police say the suspect was described as a white man in his 50s or 60s. The suspect has some grey hair but is believed to be balding. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a blue shirt, grey pants, grasses, blue Sketchers running shows and a plaid Under Armour baseball hat.
