The Kingston Police are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in an indecent act case from last month. According to a news release from police, on May 29 at approximately 4:15 p.m., a man was seen “openly exposing himself” to people in the men’s washroom at the King’s’ Crossing Outlets on Dalton Avenue. Police say the suspect fled after being confronted by a patron in the bathroom. Police say the suspect was described as a white man in his 50s or 60s. The suspect has some grey hair but is believed to be balding. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a blue shirt, grey pants, grasses, blue Sketchers running shows and a plaid Under Armour baseball hat.
