Police in North Bay have released security camera footage of a suspect in a recent cargo theft incident in the city. The theft took place around 3 a.m. Aug. 10 in the industrial area on Booth Road. “A grey-coloured truck is observed on security cameras arriving at a business on Booth Road with two individuals,” police said in an Aug. 11 news release. “They remove a 20-foot SAAC cargo trailer from the business and cause damage to a second trailer on the lot while attempting to gain entry.” Anyone with information, or dash cam video from the area at the time of the theft that could help identify the vehicle or persons responsible is asked to contact the North Bay police at 705-497-5555 and select Option ‘5’ to speak with an officer.
