A vehicle was hit by gunfire in Montreal’s Sud-Ouest borough late Sunday night. Montreal police (SPVM) received a 911 call at 11:40 p.m. about the incident on Galt Street near Hadley Street. “Several witnesses heard noises that sounded like gunshots,” said Manuel Couture, a spokesperson with Montreal police. “Officers found bullet holes in a vehicle, as well as shell casings on the ground.” There were no reported victims, and there are no suspects. A security perimeter was established to allow investigators to analyze the scene, with help from the K9 unit.
