Police searching for missing boy, 13, from Laval

Laval police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 13-year-old boy.

According to police, Samir Mahamed Moustapha hasnt’ been seen since he left his home in the Pont-Viau neighbourhood on June 28.

He travels on foot, by bus and by carpool, and could be on Montreal’s North Shore.

“His family and friends fear for his safety, as he may be associating with the wrong crowd,” Laval police said in a news release.

The teen is described as a young male with dark skin who speaks French, is five feet nine inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds, has short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants with large white flowers.
