Provincial police have arrested a federal offender on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release. According to OPP, Christopher Duffy, 40, was arrested in London. Duffy is serving a five year, 11 months and 29 day sentence for four counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon contrary to order, and possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition.
