A 22-year-old London man is facing charges following a fatal collision in the Old South area Tuesday. London police say Tristen Daniel Legault has been charged with impaired operation causing death and dangerous operation causing death. The charges were laid after a single-vehicle collision in the 600-block of Upper Queen Street at about 1:20 a.m. on Oct. 20. A female passenger was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died. Police say the driver was arrested at the scene and remained in custody. Legault is scheduled to appear in London court Thursday.
