A Guelph man has been arrested for an assault that left another man with a broken hip. Guelph Police said an argument broke out between the two at a townhouse complex in the city’s west-end on the night of on July 11. The victim said he was punched and knocked to the ground, then pushed down again when he tried to stand up. Police arrested a 32-year-old man on Tuesday and charged him with assault causing bodily harm.
