Waterloo Regional Police have charged a 15-year-old boy following a reported knife-point robbery in Kitchener. Police said officers responded to the Highland Road West area at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Monday after receiving a report of an incident involving a weapon. Investigators allege a suspect approached a victim, brandished a knife and demanded property. No physical injuries were reported. Police said the incident is believed to have been targeted. A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with robbery and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The investigation remains ongoing.
