Police seek public’s help to locate two wanted individuals in Kitchener thefts

Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two people wanted in connection with a pair of thefts in Kitchener.

Police say Florin Suta, 54, and Corina Baicu, 52, are wanted on outstanding warrants for multiple criminal offences, including theft, identity fraud and unauthorized use of a credit card.

Investigators say the pair were first involved in a theft at a business on King Street West on Nov. 18, 2025.

The following day, police say the same suspects were involved in a distraction theft at a business on Greenbrook Drive where a wallet was stolen from the purse of an 83-year-old victim.
