Police looking for drivers who fled fatal Guelph collision

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are looking to speak to both of the drivers involved in a crash in Guelph that left one person dead Wednesday.

Wellington County OPP were called to the crash that happened on the Hanlon Parkway between two vehicles at around 6 p.m.

Police said they found one person with life-threatening injuries on scene, who later was pronounced dead in hospital.

Police said both vehicles that were involved in the crash left before officers got to the scene. Investigators said they are now looking to talk to the drivers of those vehicles.

Police have described the first vehicle as a grey Toyota Venza SUV with the Ontario license plate number CVBX 602.

They described the second vehicle as a white Dodge RAM pickup truck, with the Ontario license plate number BZ 85153.

Police have asked people in the area to check their security camera for any relevant pictures or videos of the incident.
