The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested a young adult who was caught going almost double the posted speed limit. Investigators say the incident happened Sunday around 8:15 p.m. on Bruce Road 3 near the Municipality of South Bruce, where officers clocked a driver going 116 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone. The driver was stopped and arrested shortly after. An 18-year-old from Stoney Creek was charged with stunt driving and speeding 50+ km/h over posted limit.
