Edmonton police are looking for dashcam footage of an apparent hit-and-run that left a man in hospital with life-threatening injuries. Officers were called to the area of 42 Avenue and Calgary Trail South on Friday for an injured man in his early 50s. They say he was hit by a vehicle on 42 Avenue between 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The man was taken to hospital, but police say the driver involved in the crash left the scene.. Anyone who may have seen the crash or who may have dashcam footage is asked to call Edmonton police at 780-423-4567.
