Man found on fire near Jasper Avenue

A man is in hospital after being found on fire in central Edmonton early Monday morning.

Police believe the fire was not criminal.

They were called to the scene near 112 Street and Jasper Avenue by firefighters around 2:30 a.m.

The man was found near a dumpster in an alley.

His injuries were described as life threatening and his condition remained serious two days later.
