River the mascot from Edmonton Riverhawks “River and Kid” is last year’s winner. The winner will receive $1,000 to the charity of their choice along with the coveted trophy belt buckle. Ford Hall inside Rogers Place will host the event on Thursday at 1 p.m. The event kicks off this weekend’s PBR national finals at Rogers Place on Friday and Saturday.
