Canadian Forces investigating after web address redirected to Chinese page

CTV News Channel: Possible hack investigated A possible hack is being investigated after the Canadian Forces recruiting site temporarily redirected to China's government website.

The Canadian Armed Forces is investigating a possible hack of its recruitment website, after visitors who typed in the address were redirected to the homepage for the Chinese government.

Visitors to forces.ca/en/home Thursday were immediately redirected to gov.cn for a short time before the site began displaying a 404 error instead.

The military's main website, forces.gc.ca, appears to be operating as usual.
