Motorcyclist in life-threatening condition after crash in northwest Calgary

A motorcyclist is in hospital following a crash on Monday night in northwest Calgary.

Calgary police were called to a single-vehicle collision at 10 Street and 13 Avenue N.W. at 7:55 p.m.

Officials say the driver lost control of the bike and crashed.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in the incident and was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
