$5.6M mansion for sale west of Calgary includes indoor pool, theatre room

Located in Rockyview County, the gated 9,000-square-foot mansion sits on more than five acres of land in the community of Church Ranches in Bearspaw.

Jonathan Pendlebury from the Bearspaw Real Estate Team says the sellers have loved the home for 14 years but are looking to downgrade, adding that it’s a great home for a family who loves to play together and entertain.

It has been listed on Realtor.ca for six days.
