Altercation in northwest Calgary sees 2 people stabbed: police

Two people were stabbed Friday afternoon in northwest Calgary, police say.

According to police, the incident happened around 1:45 p.m. in the 7000 block of 110 Avenue N.W.

Police say an altercation between two people and a third person ended with two people stabbed.

Injuries suffered by the two individuals were minor, police say, and one person was taken into custody.

The investigation is ongoing.
