In a 4:32 p.m. social media post, the OPP confirmed an increased police presence at Fiddle Park due to an ongoing investigation. The OPP says there is no threat to public safety but is asking the public to avoid the area. An OPP public information advisor (PIA) told CTV News that few additional details will be shared due to the sensitive nature of the investigation. In an 8:50 p.m. update, the OPP confirmed that the onsite investigation had finished.
