The intersection of Highway 89 and Airport Road in Mono was closed for a large portion of the day Monday following a three-vehicle crash. Two tractor-trailers and an SUV collided at around 8:15 a.m., according to Dufferin OPP. Police said there was one person inside each vehicle and one of them was a man who was sent to hospital with minor injuries. While the road was closed, crews assessed and cleaned up the scene. The intersection reopened at 3:40 p.m. The investigation continues and no charges have been laid.
