A massage therapist from Beaconsfield in Montreal’s West Island, already charged with voyeurism remains under investigation and could have hundreds of alleged victims. Alvin Narciso, 36, allegedly offered massage therapy services at several clinics in the Greater Montreal area, as well as during in-home appointments with certain clients. He was charged on Aug. 12 with two counts of voyeurism in relation to one complainant for alleged acts that took place on May 27 and June 22. According to a charge sheet, he is alleged to have “surreptitiously” made a visual recording of the complainant who had a reasonable expectation of privacy. CTV News confirmed that during a court appearance last Friday, the Crown advised the judge the matter needed to be postponed due to the magnitude of the case because there could be between 200 and 300 potential victims. No new charges have been laid in the case. Narciso remains detained and is scheduled to return to court on Friday. Narciso is described as a man with dark skin who speaks English. He is 1.70 m (5′7″) tall and weighs approximately 100 kg (220 lb). He has short black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck and both arms. Accused faced allegations in Ontario This is not the first time Narciso has been accused of wrongdoing. Public records show that, in July 2024, he resigned from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and agreed to never reapply for membership with the college or any other regulatory body in Canada after he was under investigation for alleged sexual abuse of a client. He became registered with the CMTO in February 2022. Unlike Ontario, Quebec does not have a regulatory body that oversees massage therapy in the province.
