One man has been arrested, and drugs and weapons were seized in a drug trafficking investigation in Richmond, P.E.I., according to police. Prince District Joint Forces Operations executed a search warrant at a home on Route 2 around 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. According to a news release Friday, police arrested 34-year-old Eric Macleod Johnston for possession for the purpose of trafficking a Schedule I substance. Officers also found and seized: Johnston has been charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as four weapons-related charges.
